On June 30, 2006 CMSgt elected
as the 15th Chief Master Sergeant of the Air Force. This
is the highest non-commissioned office position.

We at Lackland look forward to his guidance and leadership.

CONGRATULATIONS CHIEF McKinley!

Fellow Lackland Chiefs,

On 8 Aug, the new CMSAF Rodney McKinley will be visiting the 37th Training Wing and we have a great opportunity for all of Team Lackland Chiefs to meet with him to get his perspective on things and to ask questions.

When: 8 Aug 06
Time: 1415-1515
Where: 345 TRS Auditorium, Bldg 10900/10904

We have scheduled one hour for the meeting, after which there will be a group photograph at the MTI monument at the parade ground. This will be a great opportunity for us to have all 148 Lackland Chief's and fellow Service E-9's in attendance. Our monthly Lackland Chiefs Group Meeting has also changed to 8 Aug 06, 1330, at the 345 TRS Auditorium. We hope everyone will be able to join us for both meetings!

As our Chief of Chief's; all Lackland Chiefs should try to attend this meeting.
